Black Tie Friday

I think I've noticed a bit of a personal trend for "something-Fri" posts as I had Flowery Friday in September – now Black Necktie Fri today.

I think it'due south because our dress code at work is pretty laid dorsum and a wearing apparel-downward 24-hour interval wouldn't present whatever challenges. So I thought I should just create my ain Friday themes!

I've had this black Asos tie for a picayune while (it'south still available to buy!) – I bought information technology out of pure desire, without a thought about how to wear it… being made of chiffon and having unexpected chaplet on it when information technology arrived made me love information technology even more than. I've not worn it before now because my white push down shirt totally disappeared off the face of the earth(?) and then I had to buy another: I'm kind of glad as this ane has round Peter Pan manner collars which await and then much better than pointed. Worn with my favourite pinkish skirt (also worn here) and my yellow cardi (too worn here) I am in dear, it's one of my favourite looks I've worn recently.

So later Flowery Friday and Black Tie Friday, another theme could be Button Downwards Friday where I fashion the white shirt in an unexpected mode… anyone have whatever other ideas?
